The MCDA is a voluntary membership organization representing more than 200 community development professionals. Dedicated to the exchange of ideas and information, and the development of public policies supportive of community development in accordance with community needs, MCDA holds quarterly meetings to update members on policy, program, legislative, and technical information affecting the community development environment.
